1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okpla ("okpla," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okpla.vip and its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

You agree to promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
In compliance with PAGCOR Know Your Customer ("KYC") requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, okpla requires all players to complete identity verification before withdrawal privileges are granted. Accepted Philippine identification documents include, without limitation:

2.5 Single Account Policy
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) okpla account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. okpla uses automated and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okpla reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to review all transactions, bonuses, and withdrawals processed through those accounts.
3 Account Management & Security
3.1 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okpla account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify okpla immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. okpla shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3.2 Account Liability
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, whether or not authorized by you. If you permit any third party to use your account, you remain fully responsible for all activity undertaken by that party and for any resulting losses or liabilities.
3.3 Dormant Accounts
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. okpla reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy administration fee against dormant account balances, as disclosed in the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified prior to dormancy fees being applied. Dormant accounts may be reactivated by completing the okpla Login process and submitting a support request.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals

10 Limitation of Liability

okpla's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your okpla account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11 Suspension & Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may close your okpla account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions.
11.2 Termination by okpla
okpla reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
- Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable period
- Suspected use of the account by a person under 21 years of age
- Direction from PAGCOR or another competent regulatory or law enforcement authority
- Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in these Terms
Where an account is terminated due to a breach by the player, okpla reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to offset the balance against any amounts owed by the player to okpla.
12 Privacy & Data Protection
okpla collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in okpla's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

13 Amendments to These Terms
okpla reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
